Design agencies deliver Figma files and stop. The client then hands those files to a developer who has never seen the reasoning, rebuilds an approximation of the design, and the result is a site that resembles the mockup without behaving like it.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UI design is how a product looks — layout, colours, typography, buttons, and visual hierarchy. UX design is how it works — the sequence of steps, how easily someone completes a task, and what happens when they get stuck. A product can have excellent UI and terrible UX, which is the most common and most expensive failure.
Is UI/UX design the same as web design?
They overlap but are not identical. Web design usually means designing website pages. UI/UX design covers the thinking underneath — user research, flows, information architecture, and testing — and applies to apps, dashboards, and software as well as websites. If you want a business website built, our website development service is probably what you need. If you have a product where people get confused or drop off, that is a UI/UX problem.

Do you only design, or do you build as well?
Both. Most clients get a better result when the same team does both, because nothing is lost translating a design file into working code. We can also design only, delivering production-ready Figma files with full specifications, or build only from designs you already have.
What do you deliver at the end of a design project?
A Figma file with all screens and responsive layouts, a component library, an interactive prototype where relevant, and documented specifications for spacing, typography, colours, and behaviour. Everything transfers to you.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We start with a UX audit to find out where the current site actually fails, then redesign around those problems rather than simply making it look newer. If the existing site works well we will tell you that too.
Will a redesign increase my sales?
It can, when the problem is genuinely a design problem. If people are reaching your site and leaving without acting, design and structure are usually the cause. If you have very little traffic, design will not fix that — you need SEO or advertising. Our audit tells you which situation you are in before you commit to anything.
Do you design mobile apps?
Yes. We design interfaces for iOS and Android following each platform’s own conventions rather than applying a single design to both. We handle design; app development itself is quoted separately.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the UAE, entirely remotely over WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Files are shared through Figma so you can comment directly on designs.
How long does a design project take?
A UX audit takes 5 working days. Landing page design takes 5 to 7 working days. A full website design takes 10 to 15 working days. Product and app design takes 3 to 5 weeks depending on the number of screens.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions on the agreed design are included. Because we agree wireframes and structure before visual design begins, most projects do not need more. Additional rounds are charged separately.
Can you work from designs I already have?
Yes. Send us the Figma file or the design assets and we will build it. If we spot usability problems while reviewing the design, we will flag them before starting rather than after.
