These Terms and Conditions govern your use of webeezdigital.com and any services provided by Webeez Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Webeez Digital provides:
Business website design and development
WordPress website development
Shopify and eCommerce store development
Landing page design
Website redesign
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Related digital services
The exact scope of any project is defined in the written proposal or quotation provided to the client before work begins.
2. Quotations and pricing
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, features, integrations, and design complexity required.
Any work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before it is carried out.
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed. International clients may be quoted in USD.
3. Payment terms
3.1 Payment schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
50% of the project fee is payable in advance before work begins
50% is payable on completion, before final files and access are transferred
Monthly services such as SEO retainers are billed monthly in advance.
3.2 Late payment
If the final payment is not received within 14 days of project completion, we may suspend hosting, withhold file transfer, or pause ongoing services until payment is made.
3.3 Refunds
The advance payment covers work already carried out and is non-refundable once the project has started.
If you are not satisfied with the initial design concept, you are not obliged to pay the balance and may end the project. In that case, we retain the advance and you do not receive the project files.
Monthly SEO retainers are non-refundable for the month in progress but may be cancelled for future months with 15 days’ notice.
4. Project timelines
Indicative delivery timelines:
5-page business website — 10 working days
8 to 12 page website — 15 working days
eCommerce store — 20 to 25 working days
Timelines begin from the date the advance payment is received and all required content and materials have been provided by the client.
Delays caused by late content, slow feedback, or scope changes will extend the timeline accordingly. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver your project, we need you to:
Provide content, images, logos, and business information in a timely manner
Provide access to any existing hosting, domain, or accounts required
Respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable time
Ensure you have the legal right to use all content and images you supply
Nominate a single point of contact for approvals
If a project is delayed by more than 60 days due to lack of client response, we may close the project. Restarting it may require a new quotation.
6. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions on the approved design, unless otherwise stated in your quotation.
A revision means adjustments to layout, colours, text, or images within the agreed scope. It does not mean a complete redesign or a change of direction after approval.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at our standard hourly rate.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
7.1 On full payment, ownership of the following transfers to the client:
The website design and code developed for the project
The domain name and hosting account
All website files and content
All administrative logins and credentials
7.2 We retain ownership of:
Any pre-existing frameworks, code libraries, or tools we use across projects
Our own branding, templates, and internal processes
7.3 Third-party assets such as themes, plugins, fonts, and stock images remain the property of their licensors and are subject to their own licences. Licence fees are the client’s responsibility unless included in the quotation.
7.4 Client-supplied content. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content, images, and materials you provide to us. You accept responsibility for any claim arising from content you supply.
8. Portfolio and promotion
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and on our social media channels. This includes screenshots, a link to the live site, and a general description of the work.
If you prefer your project to remain confidential, tell us before the project begins and we will not display it.
9. Support and warranty
Every completed website includes 30 days of free support from the date of launch. This covers bug fixes and technical issues arising from our work.
It does not cover:
New features or design changes
Content updates
Third-party plugin or theme failures
Issues caused by client modifications
Hosting or server problems outside our control
After 30 days, ongoing support and maintenance is available under a separate agreement.
10. SEO services — important disclaimer
Search engine rankings are determined by search engines and are outside our control.
We apply industry-standard, ethical SEO practices. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, or number of leads. Any agency guaranteeing a specific Google position should be treated with caution.
SEO results typically take three to six months to become measurable. Results may be affected by search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, market conditions, and changes made to your website by others.
You agree not to make significant changes to a website under our SEO management without informing us, as this may affect performance.
11. Hosting and third-party services
Where we arrange hosting, domains, or third-party services on your behalf, those services are governed by the provider’s own terms.
We are not responsible for outages, data loss, price changes, or service discontinuation by third-party providers. We recommend clients maintain their own backups.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a project. This obligation continues after the project ends.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question
We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, client modifications, or events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Cancellation
By the client: You may cancel a project at any time by written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The advance payment is non-refundable.
By us: We may end a project if the client fails to pay, fails to provide required materials for more than 60 days, requests work that is illegal or unethical, or is abusive toward our team. In such cases, payment for completed work remains due.
15. Website use
The content on webeezdigital.com is provided for general information. While we aim to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete or current.
You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content from our website without written permission.
Our website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Where possible, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through discussion before pursuing legal action.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time your project begins applies to that project. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
