Shopify development is the process of building and customising an online store on the Shopify platform — including theme setup, product catalogue, checkout configuration, payment gateway integration, shipping rules, apps, and SEO.
For businesses in Pakistan there is one additional step that matters more than all the others: Shopify Payments is not available in Pakistan. Your store will not accept a single rupee until a local gateway is properly integrated.
At Webeez Digital we build complete Shopify stores with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank card, and Cash on Delivery checkout configured and tested before handover. Shopify store projects start from PKR 20,000 and take 10 to 15 working days. Basic store setup with a premium theme starts from PKR 25,000 and takes 7 to 10 days.
This is the part most agencies skip, and it is the part that decides whether your store makes money.
Shopify Payments — the built-in checkout that works automatically in the US, UK, and Australia — is not available in Pakistan. There is no announced timeline for it. Pakistani merchants pay the same monthly Shopify fees as everyone else but do not get the same checkout.
What that means in practice:
Is not usable for most Pakistani merchant accounts.
Requires a registered company, which most sellers do not have.
Is no longer available for Pakistan on Shopify.
Return errors when you actually apply.
The result is that a lot of Pakistani business owners end up with a finished, good-looking Shopify store that cannot take a payment.
Local mobile wallets
JazzCash and EasyPaisa are how most Pakistani customers actually pay. JazzCash has over 40 million registered users; EasyPaisa has over 55 million. If these are missing from your checkout, you lose orders before they complete.
Bank card gateways
HBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan, UBL, MCB, and Allied Bank all offer gateway services that can be integrated with Shopify through approved third-party platforms.
Cash on Delivery
Still the dominant payment method in Pakistan. We configure COD properly with order verification so you are not shipping to fake orders.
International checkout
If you sell to the US, UK, or Gulf markets, we set up gateways that support cross-border payments alongside your local options.
What It Costs You
Third-party gateways in Pakistan typically charge around 2% per order on top of Shopify’s own fees. We tell you these numbers before you commit, not after launch — so you can price your products with the real margin in view.
New Shopify store setup
Complete store built from scratch — theme selection and customisation, product catalogue with variants and images, collections, navigation, policy pages, shipping zones, tax settings, and a fully tested checkout.
Custom Shopify theme development
Custom Liquid development when a premium theme is not enough — bespoke product pages, custom sections, unique cart and checkout experiences, and design built around your brand rather than a template.
Payment gateway integration
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank card gateways, and Cash on Delivery configured and tested with real transactions before your store goes live.
WooCommerce to Shopify migration
Products, variants, images, customer records, order history, and SEO URLs moved across without losing rankings. We set up redirects so your existing Google traffic lands on the right pages.
Shopify store speed optimisation
Slow stores lose sales. We compress images, remove unnecessary apps, clean up theme code, and cut the scripts that drag load times down.
Shopify SEO
Product and collection pages structured for search — titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, schema markup, internal linking, and clean URL structure.
Dropshipping store setup
Stores built for dropshipping with supplier app integration, automated product import, and order routing. Suitable for sellers targeting US, UK, and Gulf markets from Pakistan.
Existing store fixes
Broken checkout, theme conflicts, app problems, mobile display issues, or a store somebody else abandoned halfway. Send us the store and we will tell you what is wrong.

Around $65 per month.
$250 to $400, one time.
Roughly 2% per order for third-party gateways in Pakistan.

BOBO OILS — Australia
A Shopify haircare store where customers were buying one product and leaving. We restructured the store around a haircare routine so moving from a single product to a full kit became the natural next step rather than an upsell. Collection and product pages were rebuilt for conversion and repeat purchase, with trust blocks covering shipping, ingredient sourcing, and secure checkout.
We look at what you sell, who buys it, how you want to get paid, and how you ship. Payment and shipping get decided first, because in Pakistan they shape everything else.
Theme selection and customisation, brand styling, and page structure planned around a buying journey rather than a homepage.
Product catalogue built with variants, images, and SEO-written descriptions. Payment gateways integrated. Shipping zones and tax rules configured.
We place real test orders through every payment method before handover. You get admin access, a walkthrough recording, and 30 days of free support.
Checkout works before you pay us
We test every payment method with real transactions. You will not receive a store you cannot sell from.
We tell you the running costs upfront
Subscription, theme, apps, gateway fees — all of it, before you commit.

Product and collection pages structured for search during the build, not patched on afterwards.

Is Shopify available in Pakistan?
Yes, you can create and run a Shopify store from Pakistan. However, Shopify Payments — Shopify’s own built-in checkout — is not available here. Pakistani merchants must integrate a third-party payment gateway such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a bank gateway to accept online payments.
How do I accept payments on Shopify in Pakistan?
You need a third-party payment gateway. The main options are mobile wallets like JazzCash and EasyPaisa, bank gateways from HBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan, UBL, or MCB, and Cash on Delivery. These are integrated through Shopify-approved apps. Third-party gateways typically add around 2% per transaction on top of Shopify’s fees.
How much does a Shopify store cost in Pakistan?
Development at Webeez Digital starts at PKR 65,000 for a starter store and PKR 120,000 for a full business store. Separately, Shopify charges a monthly subscription starting around $25, a premium theme costs $250 to $400 one time, and payment gateway fees run roughly 2% per order. Budget PKR 15,000 to 40,000 per month for ongoing running costs.
How long does it take to build a Shopify store?
A starter store with a premium theme takes 7 to 10 working days. A full business store with custom design, larger catalogue, and multiple payment gateways takes 20 to 25 working days. Timelines start once the advance is paid and product content has been provided.
Shopify or WooCommerce — which is better for my business?
Choose Shopify if you want everything handled for you, prefer not to manage hosting or security, and are comfortable with a monthly subscription. Choose WooCommerce if you want lower ongoing costs, full control, and heavy customisation, and do not mind managing hosting and updates yourself. For most Pakistani retail businesses starting out, Shopify is simpler. For content-heavy or budget-conscious projects, WooCommerce usually works out cheaper.
Can you move my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We migrate from WooCommerce, Wix, Magento, or custom platforms — transferring products, variants, images, customers, and order history, and setting up URL redirects so your existing Google rankings are not lost.
Do you build dropshipping stores?
Yes. We build Shopify stores configured for dropshipping with supplier app integration, automated product import, and order routing. This is common for Pakistani sellers targeting US, UK, and Gulf customers.
Will my Shopify store work well on mobile?
Yes. Every store we build is mobile-first. More than 75% of web traffic in Pakistan comes from mobile devices, and mobile checkout performance directly affects how many orders you complete.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every store includes 30 days of free support covering bugs and technical issues from our work. Ongoing maintenance, product uploads, and store management are available under a separate monthly arrangement.
Can I manage the store myself after handover?
Yes. Shopify is designed to be managed without a developer. We hand over full admin access and record a walkthrough showing you how to add products, process orders, and update content.
Tell us what you sell and where your customers are. We will tell you what your store will cost, what Shopify will cost you monthly, and how long it will take — before you commit to anything.
